Terms & Conditions

• The Free Pick Up is available to you when you take a room between 35 and 100 sq ft.
• The Free Pick Up is subject to a minimum stay of 3 months.
• The service is only available within a 10 km radius of the store.
• Items can be collected from only 1 address.
• If you wish to leave before the minimum stay ends, you can do so but must pay for the full minimum stay.
• The Free Pick Up service cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Please note this is a pick up service and not a removal service. All items for the pick up should be packed, ready to go and placed by the front door. You or your representatives must be in attendance both at your home to put all goods onto the vehicle and at the point of unloading at Storage World to put all your goods into the storage room and lock it. Please ensure you have sufficient manpower to effect the move within the allocated time span.
• The service is Two Hour Free, which is calculated at 60 minutes at your home to load, and 60 minutes at Storage World to unload. Travel time is free.
• If you are not ready within the allocated loading time, Storage World reserves the right to levy additional charges to you at €60 per hour plus vat.
• You must advise Storage World of any cancellations or postponements 24 hours before the arranged pick up date. Failure to do so will result in a €150 fine.
• The storage agreement MUST be signed prior to removing any items at our facility.
